Charles (Chuck) Eesley
Independent Non-Executive Director
Chuck Eesley serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Vobile Group. He is Chairman of the Group’s Remuneration Committee and a member of both the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Eesley brings more than a decade of experience in technology-driven entrepreneurship, education, and academic research. He is a Professor and W. M. Keck Foundation Faculty Scholar in the Department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University, where he also serves as Faculty Director of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program. In addition, he is a faculty affiliate at the Stanford Center for AI Safety (SAFE), where his research focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and platform governance.
Eesley has received several distinguished honors, including the Annual Responsible Research in Management Award and the Technical University of Munich’s Research Excellence Award. He earned his Ph.D. at the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in neuroscience from Duke University.
