Mr. Yangbin Bernard WANG (“Mr. Wang”), is an executive director, the chairman of our Board and our chief executive officer. As the founder of our group, Mr. Wang established the company in 2005 and has led it to become a global leader in providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) for content protection and digital asset transactions. Under Mr. Wang's leadership, Vobile has achieved tremendous growth, evolving from a Silicon Valley startup to a global public company with a successful IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2018.

Mr. Wang earned an MS degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida in 1993 and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Zhejiang University in 1991. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board and West Coast Advisory Board for the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at UF.
